Key dates:

• The promotion runs from 1st March 2018 – 30th April 2018 (inclusive)
• All redemption claims must be received by 31st May 2018

How the customer claims: a quick reminder

Once the customer has purchased their Goodyear tyres, the Centre Manager gives the customer one of
the redemption cards and attaches it to their invoice
1. The customer then goes to www.goodyearrewards.co.uk
2. They will then need to fill out the online form, which requires them to:

• Enter the promotional code that can be found on the redemption card.
• Upload a legible image of their invoice (this can be scanned in or a picture can be uploaded via their mobile)
• Choose their reward – John Lewis or Amazon Vouchers (one reward – vouchers cannot be mixed)
• The customer will receive a confirmation email to say their claim has been received.

3. Once validated, the customer will then be sent their reward within 28 days of the date of validation (not
the invoice date)
4. Only invoices within the promotion period will be accepted – dated 1st March 2018 – 30th April 2018
(inclusive)
5. The customer can claim their vouchers until the 31st May 2018 only.
