What is Block Exemption?

The MOTOR Vehicle Block Exemption Regulation (BER) 1400/2002/EC, which came into force in October 2002 allowing consumers the freedom to choose where they have their vehicle serviced without losing the manufacturer warranty.

How does it affect you?

It means you are able to use an independent garage as long as they fit manufacturers or equal quality parts without affecting your warranty. Thus saving on the manufacturers fees.

How we work servicing

Simply book you car or van in with us and leave a note of any repairs you require and we will quote you prior to undertaking the work. Once approved we will carry out the repairs.
